The Hillcrest Hotel Widnes

The hotel was in a convenient location, close to shops and restaurants. the staff at the reception were friendly and helpful, making the check-in process smooth. the room had a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom.

The overall condition of the hotel. the room was outdated and in need of renovation.

The location of the hotel was convenient, with a lovely Italian restaurant nearby in the back areas and being in the centre of the TV. The room was spacious and comfortable, offering a good night's sleep. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service, with friendly and helpful bar staff. Breakfast had a variety of options, including a self-service buffet. I would be happy to visit again when I'm next in the area.

The hotel could benefit from some updates, such as fresh paint and new carpets.

I loved that it was clean and popular, the staff were incredible and rooms were cheap. The location was brilliant, within walking distance of St Luke's Church. The full English breakfast was incredible and warm, lots of options.

The staff were helpful, nice comfy bed, great Wi-Fi, good location, decent local restaurant nearby, clean room.

Our stay here was pleasant overnight, fantastic base for exploring Widnes. We loved outdoor restaurant with very friendly bar and waiting staff.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel near the Sankey area of Warrington, close to the airport for our flight the next day. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a clean and comfortable room and a good restaurant serving delicious food. We also appreciated the convenient location, with nearby shops and easy access to transportation. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, making sure our needs were met throughout our stay.

I recently had a fantastic stay at the hotel. the staff were absolutely great! They couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The location was also brilliant - nestled in a quiet neighborhood, I was able to enjoy a peaceful night's sleep without any disturbances. The room itself was spotless and kept very clean, with a lovely balcony window that provided a beautiful view of the surroundings. Lastly, having breakfast included was a definite bonus, and it was a delicious way to start the day.

One slight gripe I had during my stay was the water pressure in the shower. It was a bit disappointing to have to resort to using the sink to freshen up as there was very little water coming from the shower.

I had a really good experience here, everything was very clean, the location was perfect not far from shops as well as lovely Italian restaurant. I was met by attentive and decent staff at the reception. Exceptional service and excellent value.

We had a fantastic stay at Hillcrest hotel! The staff went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had a lovely view. The evening menu was delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The location was convenient with local shops nearby. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay.

The place is low-budget and spotless, it offers freshly prepared breakfast and unbeatable location near to bus stops & Widnes centre.

Good budget hotel, it was spotless, and the staff was best. Set just off a lovely restaurant and Warrington and bus stops & Widnes centre in the extra comfy area.

Spacious, comfortable room with large TV. Enjoyed the bath. Clean and good sleep. Great breakfast with friendly waitress. Already booked to return.
